Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and creative Marketing Assistant to support our day-to-day marketing operations. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about digital marketing. You’ll help coordinate campaigns, manage social media, assist with content creation, and provide administrative support to the marketing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across digital channels.
- Coordinate content scheduling, publishing, and reporting for social media platforms.
- Support the team with research, client communication, and campaign reporting.
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics.
- Manage and organize marketing materials, documents, and project assets.
- Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and developers to ensure timely campaign delivery.
- Provide administrative and logistical support to the marketing team.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in a marketing or digital agency environment (fresh graduates welcome).
- Basic understanding of social media platforms, Google Ads, and email marketing tools.
- Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
- Familiarity with Canva, Google Workspace, and project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana).
